Shipping Information

Subscription boxes are shipped according to the following schedule:

Box 1 - within 3 business days of purchase

Box 2 - one month after 

Box 3 - two months after

Box 4 - one month prior to your wedding

Box 5 - the month of your wedding

Note: we ship on the first and fifteenth of every month.  You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out at hello@shopbabetobride.com.


Return & Exchange Policy

Your happiness is our priority! 

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return most items to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Note: we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items.  All sale items are FINAL.

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@shopbabetobride.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or fill out the returns form on our website, which can be found by clicking the link below.

 

After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
